Q. What is a Hotline Request?
A Hotline Request is an on-demand, 20-minute styling session that delivers quick outfit solutions and guidance, perfect for last-minute needs.
Q. What are scheduled sessions?
Scheduled sessions are 60-minute styling appointments booked in advance. You can choose your stylist, share your outfit needs, and work together to create complete looks by using your Digital Closet or new item recommendations.
Q. What are StyleCoins?
StyleCoins are our in-app currency used to book stylists, request Hotlines, and purchase sessions. Buying StyleCoins is handled securely through Apple or Google to follow their payment guidelines.
Q. What is a Stylist Tier?
Stylist tiers help you choose the level of experience you want. Higher tiers include stylists with more expertise, training, or specialization. Each tier has different pricing so you can choose what fits your needs and budget.

Q. What kind of items can I upload?
You can upload any wearable item you’d normally style into an outfit — including clothing, shoes, bags, jewelry, and accessories.
We recommend using good lighting and clear backgrounds for best results.
Q. Who can see My Closet?
Just you and the stylists you book can see your Digital Closet, and only during an active session or accepted Hotline Request. No other users nor us have access to your items.
Q. Can I use the Digital Closet without booking sessions?
Yes. You can use the Digital Closet as a wardrobe organizer even if you’re not booking stylists. It’s completely free to use.
Q. What if I don't have the right items for my Look?
Your stylist can add their own items if they cannot find what they are looking for. You are encouraged to communicate whether you want to rely exclusively on your closet or not. If you do not own the item, you can always save it directly from your Look once you have purchased it.

Q. Can my stylist end the session?
No. Stylists cannot end the session. Only you can.
Q. What happens if I leave the session early?
If you end the session earlier, after the stylist has provided your first Look, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Q. What if I want extra time during a session?
If the session is under 2 minutes you will be prompted to request an extension if needed. These are extensions of 5 or 10 minutes. Different fees may apply depending on your stylist's tier.
Q. What if I don't like the Look my stylist created?
You can request adjustments during the session or ask for alternative options. Stylists are happy to refine the Look until your time ends.
