Sartorian, LLC dba The Lookline (“Company”, “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding the personal information of our users (“you” or “your”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your data when you interact with our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use Site. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to this Policy. This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the Site, or our privacy collection practices, technological advancements and regulatory requirements. Your continued use of the Site after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.
II. PRIVACY COMMITMENT
Our goal is to provide a secure and personalized experience while respecting your privacy. This policy describes how we use information gained from user’s interactions with the Site to tailor content, products, and services to each individual user. Our user community’s welfare and privacy are of utmost importance to the Lookline team. We collect information only when you create an account with us or voluntarily provide it. This may include:

Role of either client or stylist
Style preference data (surveys, tags)
Uploaded closet Images;
Session interaction metadata;
Coin balance and purchase history
If you register for Lookline via other social media platforms or web service providers, we may access information about you which you have voluntarily provided to those accounts and which is shared with us by such platforms and providers.
Should you choose not to submit your personal information - or withdraw consent to our use of your personal information - your access to the Site may be limited. You may update or delete your information at any time. If you choose to delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed, except for anonymized usage statistics retained for analytical purposes.
IV. YOUR RIGHT AND CHOICES
1. Account Information. You may review and update certain account information by logging into your account. If you would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, you may contact us as set forth in the “Contact Information” section below. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
2. Communication Preferences. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails. If you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send you transactional or service-related emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Site.

1. Service Providers. We may share the information you share with us and your personal information with stylists, contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business solely for the designed application purposes including style advice and payment processing.

b. To enforce or apply our Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions, and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
c. If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others.
3. Business Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
4. With Your Consent. We may also disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.
5. Aggregated and De-Identified Information. We may use and disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. This data does not identify you and is not considered personal information under this Policy.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by us. This Policy only applies to our Site. We have no control over how any third-party website or service collects, uses, and discloses your personal information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of third-party websites or services. IX. EMAILS
You will receive promotional emails from us only if you have asked/agreed to receive them. If you do not wish to receive emails from us or our affiliates, then simply unsubscribe. Each email contains a clickable link at the bottom which will unsubscribe you from our correspondence list. Please allow three to five business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our promotions may already have been in process before you submitted your request.
X. SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. These measures include:
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption for data transmission.
Multi-factor authentication and encrypted storage.
Restricted administrative access to servers.

Please note that email communication is not encrypted and should not be used for transmitting sensitive information.
The safety and security of your information also depend on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site
XI. DATA RETENTION
We will retain the information you share with us and your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
If we have anonymized your personal information (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, we may retain and use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
XII. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
The Company complies with all applicable laws, including (without limitation) the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This document describes the Company’s data privacy practices. Under the CCPA and other legislation and regulations you have the right to:
1. Know about the personal and biometric information we collect about you, as described in detail previously in the section “Information We Collect”;
2. The right to delete or correct personal and biometric information we have collected about you, as described above in the section “Your Rights and Choices”;
3. We do not sell personal or biometric information and only share information with partners who provide essential functionality to our Site;
4. The right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights; and
5. The right to limit use of your personal and biometric information. We use your information to provide the Site offered by the Company and limiting the use of your data may result in your inability to receive some Site.
We are not obligated to provide a request for personal information to the same consumer more than twice in a 12-month period. Information requested to be delivered within a 45 day delivery period, will include personal information collected within the 12-month period preceding the receipt of the consumers request and is deliverable either by the consumers business account, if one exists, mail or electronically at the consumers option, and will be in a readily usable format that allows the consumer to transmit the information without hindrance.
Personal information does not need to be retained for a single one-time transaction, if in the normal course of business, the transactional information does not reidentify or link any of the data in a manner that would be considered personal information.

XIII. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
Lookline reserves the right to modify and change our Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be published on the app platform and on our website.
