Q. How do I change my email / username / password?
You can update your email, username, or password from your Account Settings. If you signed up using Apple, Google, or Facebook, you may be redirected to those services to update your login details.
Q. I can’t log in. What should I do?
Try resetting your password or using one of your linked login methods (Apple/Google/Facebook). If that doesn’t work, reach out to Customer Support and we’ll help you regain access to your account.
Q. How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion directly from the Account Settings page. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, Digital Closet, sessions, and any saved looks.

Q. How do I create an account?
You can sign up using your email, phone number, or through Apple, Google, or Facebook. Once you create an account, you’ll be guided through a quick onboarding quiz that helps us understand your style and preferences.
Q. How do I edit my profile or styling preferences?
You can update your profile anytime from the Account tab. This includes your basic info, style preferences, fit details, and session goals. Any changes you make help stylists understand your needs better.
Q. Can I select multiple styles in my profile?
Yes. You can select up to three (3) styles. However you can only have one (1) main style at a time, which is what your stylist will reference from when building a Look for you. You can update it anytime.
Q. How do I set up my stylist profile?
After signing up as a stylist, you’ll be asked to complete a short setup flow where you add your photos, experience, specialties, and portfolio. This helps clients find the right match for their style needs.
Q. How do I upload my portfolio?
You can upload your portfolio directly in your Stylist Dashboard. You’re free to update it anytime, add looks, swap images, or reorganize your work to show clients your most current styling approach.
Q. Where can I update my styling preferences?
You can update your preferences in your Settings and in your Inbox preferences.
