Q. How do I request a Hotline session?
You can send a Hotline Request directly from the home screen. Once a stylist accepts it, your session begins immediately.
Q. How will I know if my request was accepted or rejected?
You’ll receive an in-app notification as soon as a stylist accepts or declines your request. If your request isn’t accepted within a short timeframe, you won’t be charged and you can try again.
Q. How do scheduled sessions work?
Scheduled sessions are 60-minute styling appointments you can book at a time that works for you and your stylist, based on their individual availability. You can only pick a stylist you have previously booked ane, fill out a questionnaire similar to a Hotline Request, and join the session through your app when the time arrives.

When booking a specific stylist, you are bound to their current Tier and pricing.
Q. Can my stylist end the session?
No. Stylists cannot end the session. Only you can.
Q. What happens if I leave the session early?
If you end the session earlier, after the stylist has provided your first Look, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Q. What if I want extra time during a session?
If the session is under 2 minutes you will be prompted to request an extension if needed. These are extensions of 5 or 10 minutes. Different fees may apply depending on your stylist's tier.
Q. What if I don't like the Look my stylist created?
You can request adjustments during the session or ask for alternative options. Stylists are happy to refine the Look until your time ends.
Q. Can I request a stylist I have booked before?
Yes. You can schedule a request with previously booked stylists. However, you will be bound to the stylist's individual availability.
